Snow Day

 We got eight inches of snow yesterday. Since I had the day off today and Brandon took the day off, we made it a snow day by playing outside with Alex as much as possible. His first true experience playing in the snow. 

Thanksgiving

 Kept Thanksgiving simple this year with just the in laws. I worked until two o'clock and then just spent the day relaxing with a sick toddler and husband.

Halloween 2020

 First year trick or treating and he loved it. Was shy whenever there were people standing by their candy displays or actually passing out candy (which was actually very very few); would stop walking halfway and then make me pick him up and carry him the remainder of the way. Only time we walked all the way up when there were people standing at their table, was when that table actually had balloons tied to it. Wanted to take a balloon home instead of the candy on that table. Haha. 

Pumpkin Decorating

 No better way to start off this Halloween season than decorating a pumpkin! 

Ocean City

 For the other half of my vacation, we took Alex to Ocean City for the first time. We stayed for three days and 3 nights and the only regret we had is that we didn't stay long enough. We spent our days walking the boardwalk, walking around Ocean City, hanging out at the beach and three different pools at the hotel.

Water was so cold. Brandon and I could only tolerate putting our legs in. Alex on the other hand didn't care.

Loved the sand, but the ocean? Not so much. Would not put his legs in. No matter how low we put him, the higher his legs would go.
